Job Title: Strategic GSI Partnership Director
Databricks is expanding rapidly in APAC, and we're seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our GSI program. The successful candidate will establish strategic partnerships with key players in the region, drive business growth, and contribute to Databricks' continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive GSI strategy, aligning with regional sales goals and market trends.
• Foster strong relationships with executive leaders at 3+ key GSI partners, ensuring regular meeting frequency and open communication channels.
• Represent Databricks as a spokesperson at industry events, promoting our value proposition and showcasing thought leadership.
• Resolve field conflicts efficiently by leveraging a network of trusted contacts, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
• Analyze partnership performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and optimize growth strategies.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of sales or business development experience, boasting an impressive track record of success.
• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in partner or GSI sales roles, with a proven ability to drive growth and revenue.
• Excellent forecast management and strategic planning skills, enabling effective decision-making and resource allocation.
• Proven channel sales management experience, with a talent for leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
• In-depth knowledge of Databricks' partner program and ecosystem, with a deep understanding of the company's offerings and values.

About the Role:
