We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Allura Partners in Sydney. As an Enterprise Growth Director, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding the client portfolio in the energy sector.

This is a high-growth opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new business within the energy sector
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and foster long-term relationships with enterprise clients
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and success

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior sales roles, specifically handling enterprise deals and managing the full sales cycle. You should have a track record of success working with complex, high-value products and delivering solutions to large, enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive, hunter mentality with a passion for driving new business growth. They will be results-driven, able to build strong relationships, and have excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is between $320-$350K OTE (On-Target Earnings) per year, depending on experience.
