We are seeking a commercially savvy FMCG sales leader to join our team as the Director of Channel Sales and Growth.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of 4 in driving growth in v2's retail and out-of-home channels. This includes managing key accounts with Woolworths and Coles, creating joint business plans that deliver growth for the core range and acquired brands, Soulara and Macros.

You will also shape and lead the delivery of the growth strategy for the out-of-home channel, unlocking growth opportunities in QSR, Petrol & Convenience and Foodservice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4 to drive growth in v2's retail and out-of-home channels
  • Manage key accounts with Woolworths and Coles, creating joint business plans that deliver growth for the core range and acquired brands, Soulara and Macros
  • Shape and lead the delivery of the growth strategy for the out-of-home channel, unlocking growth opportunities in QSR, Petrol & Convenience and Foodservice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commercial acumen and experience in multi-channel sales leadership in FMCG
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
