Global Commercial Sales and Business Development Executive

Located in Melbourne, Australia
- Rinnai Australia, a market leader in hot water, heating, cooling and renewable energy appliances, seeks an experienced sales professional to join its rapidly growing Commercial Sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in technical product sales and has been integral in continuing to drive sales growth in the Commercial market. In this role, you will increase sales and market share of the Commercial business through operationalising business development initiatives.
You will assist in implementing sales strategy for highly technical products and build strong customer-focused relationships within the industry. Additionally, you will develop and maintain the sales of Commercial Hot Water systems by managing existing trade accounts and building new opportunities through plumbers, builders, developers, and hydraulic designers.

Responsibilities:
- Increase sales and market share of the Commercial business through operationalising business development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing sales strategy for highly technical products.
- Build strong customer-focused relationships within the industry.
- Develop and maintain the sales of Commercial Hot Water systems by managing existing trade accounts and building new opportunities through plumbers, builders, developers, and hydraulic designers.
- Provide technical support to external trade customers and internal account managers.
- Play a key role in increasing awareness of the Rinnai Commercial brand within the market.
Requirements:
- A successful background developing business, preferably with products of a technical nature.
- Qualifications and/or experience in hydraulics or mechanical fields.
- Experience within the construction, plumbing, or HVAC industries.
- Highly developed negotiation skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer care.
- Technically minded with strong analytical capability.
- Excellent communication skills.
