About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales and Business Development Executive to join our client's team in Truganina. This newly created role is ideal for someone with construction experience, preferably trade experience, who is energetic, driven, and looking to advance their career.
The Sales and Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the client base. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively pursue and win projects, demonstrating a strong drive for success.
- Work closely with the lead generation team to convert opportunities into solid deals.
- Engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and understand their needs.
- Leverage technical and design knowledge to develop client confidence and project success.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects to ensure high standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, demonstrating strong leadership and people skills.
- Utilise existing industry contacts to foster new business opportunities.
This position offers an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package, including a car/car allowance, superannuation, and bonus structure. In addition, our client offers profit-sharing pools distributed quarterly based on salary level, as well as team events and celebrations for team successes.
