Business Development Director for Global Sales Excellence

We seek a visionary Revenue Operations Director to spearhead our APAC region's sales culture transformation, ensuring alignment with global strategies and delivering impactful commercial results.
This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can evaluate our current roadmap, identify opportunities for enhancement, and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership teams.
You will work closely with regional sales leaders to reallocate quotas and territories, optimize team structures, and enhance sales processes and systems. Tracking critical data such as pipeline health and conversion rates will be crucial in identifying key issues and informing strategic decisions.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience managing revenue operations and processes for a global SaaS business
- Experience working in similar organisations going through periods of change
- Leadership skills in driving change effectively
- Able to execute and ensure successful uptake of process and systems improvements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience working in a matrixed organisational structure and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of sales enablement and pricing strategies to maximise revenue and growth success
- Expertise in executing and improving best-in-class sales incentive structures
- Precision when it comes to reporting and data capturing processes
- In-depth experience with Salesforce CRM and ability to optimise system functionality and use
- Experience working with fixed contract models and understanding the nuances of this operating model
- Understanding of various sales methodologies and their practical applications
