About the Job

Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane & Melbourne. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting network-related issues, negotiating outcomes, and selling products and services that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot network-related issues and assist customers in resolving their problems.
  • Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Sell products and services that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to provide them with a simple and brilliant customer experience.
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability when interacting with diverse team members and customers.
  • Comply with safety and environmental legislation and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and address customer needs effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a call center environment, preferably with Telco experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary package: $45k + super + shift allowance (0-3 months), $46.5k + super + shift allowance (3-6 months), or $50k + super + shift allowance (6 months and above).

Working Conditions:

  • Shift timings: 12 pm - 10 pm, 9 am - 6 pm, or 10 pm - 7 am.
  • Working hours: 38 hours per week, plus half an hour break every day.
  • Working days: Monday to Sunday (any 2 consecutive days off depending on the roster).
