Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist at Bunnings, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service to our office-based team members. This role requires someone who is highly skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with team members to assess their technical needs and improve system effectiveness
- Effectively record and document interactions within ServiceNow
- Liaise with Technology teams to ensure customers receive best possible service
- Create basic technical training and instructions for team members when required
- Ensure all Service Levels (SLAs) are met or exceeded
- Educate team members on various technology queries and provide expert advice
- Diagnose and repair technical issues and hardware
- Travel to offsite locations as required
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Level 2 IT support
- Previous experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform
- Prior retail experience desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry experience required
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
