Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled FX Sales Representative to join our Sydney CBD office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating market promotions to customers via phone and network.

About the Role

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Communicate and introduce market promotions to customers via phone and network
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure they receive outstanding services
  • Promote client's products and services, find and develop new customers
  • Collapse problems encountered by customers into actionable items
  • Solve customer complaints and train them to operate our trading system
  • Work on business development and expansion of client investment funds
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in economics, finance or related majors
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and possess excellent telephone and negotiation skills
  • A solid understanding of FX eCommerce trading systems
  • At least 1 year's experience as a sales representative in the foreign exchange industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum.
