This is an exciting opportunity to join Atlassian's sales team as a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise. Based in Australia, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and targets.

As a member of the team, you will work across accounts in the Greater China Region, developing and implementing named Account or Territory plans to maximize expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Software Sales Experience, with fluency in English and Mandarin. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating complex contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year, plus benefits such as a performance-based bonus structure and opportunities for professional growth and development.
