Senior Account Development Manager

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships with C-level executives, and identify new business opportunities through consultative selling.
We require a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a minimum of 8 years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise software sales. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of AU$150,000 - AU$220,000 per year, a performance-based bonus structure, and opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
