Atlassian is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive, Enterprise to join our sales team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Greater China Region.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and targets. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate complex contracts.

We require a strong background in enterprise software sales, with a minimum of 8 years of quota-carrying experience. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of AU$180,000 - AU$250,000 per year, a performance-based bonus structure, and opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
