About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at TMGM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling our products and services to new clients, building strong relationships with them, and delivering exceptional customer service across various communication channels.

In this key role, you will work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets, expand your knowledge of the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth:
    • Drive sales growth by promoting and selling TMGM’s products and services.
    • Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Client Service:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Performance and Goal Orientation:
    • Work towards specific KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Expand your knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and TMGM’s platforms and products.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the Forex industry.
  • Previous exposure to customer-focused environments.
  • A great willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills.
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers.
  • Strong ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Excellent overall communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, any other Asian languages, Mandarin/Thai/Vietnamese/Malay/Indonesian/Filipino language are highly preferred.
Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
