About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our Fixed Income and Currencies (FIC) division, you will play a pivotal role in building out our corporate business in Australia.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of fixed income and currencies products, particularly IRS/XCCY/FX/FXO/Structured Investment solutions. You will be responsible for providing FX and interest rate risk management solutions to corporate clients in Australia, including investment solutions where relevant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the FIC corporate flow business with Australian corporates and develop business opportunities
  • Originate business opportunities with existing and new clients and provide advisory on risk management and deal pipelines
  • Prepare pitchbooks, market comments, term sheets, and other marketing materials
  • Drive sales initiatives and maintain awareness of SG's FX & Rates strengths and offerings
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge Required
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or Engineering
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant financial markets experience in sales or global markets
  • Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with Australian corporate clients
  • Strong technical knowledge of fixed income and currencies products
