Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Fixed Income Solutions Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Grow the Fixed Income Corporate flow business with Australian Corporates and develop business opportunities (both public and private deals)
  • Originate business opportunities with existing and new clients and provide advisory on risk management and building deal pipelines in collaboration with the Global Markets teams
  • Provide strong pricing and execution abilities in FX and Interest rates derivatives, as well as structured investment solutions
  • Prepare pitchbooks, market comments, term sheets, and other marketing materials
  • Drive sales initiatives and maintain awareness of SG's FX & Rates strengths and offerings
  • Work in close partnership with the broader FIC desk in Sydney in building out the franchise
  • Maintain strong connectivity with the market, understanding the needs of the different corporate clients and industry groups, leveraging market intelligence to provide feedback internally to improve capabilities of the platform

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant financial markets experience in Sales or Global Markets
  • Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with Australian Corporate clients
  • Strong technical knowledge on Fixed Income and Currencies products
  • Good knowledge of dealing platforms for credit FX and FI
  • Strong ability in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Power Point and Excel

Salary Range:

">

Around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
