About the Role:
We're seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager with at least 1-2 years of experience in the IT industry. As a Sales Development Representative, your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and nurturing. You'll work closely with field sales teams, collaborating with clients and partners to position CommScope's solutions as the leading choice.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize CRM software to manage opportunities and develop strategic account plans
* Identify and pursue high-potential leads through creative thinking and effective communication
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide product support, expediting, and pricing expertise
* Develop strong relationships with clients and partners, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to drive business growth

Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field
* Strong understanding of networking products and services
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships
