We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality HR administration services that support our employees throughout their employment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the People inbox, ensuring all employee queries are directed and addressed promptly
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding activities to create a positive and professional experience for employees
  • Manage employment changes and coordinate with external providers on employment contracts
  • Support the probation review process alongside leaders to ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR metrics to support reporting
  • Assist with data reporting on HR metrics, employee assistance, and engagement survey results
Requirements
  • A strong foundation in HR administration with a passion for creating efficient, accurate processes
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of the industrial landscape and Fair Work Act
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the initiative to research and complete tasks accurately
  • Proficiency in data reporting and systems, ideally with Chris21
