**The Organisation**

You will be joining an established and well-regarded organiation in the FMCG sector based in the SE suburbs. You will enjoy working with a collaborative and engaging team who enjoy having a laugh and support work-life balance, including hybrid working.

**The Role**

As part of the HR function, you will support the team with HR administration and recruitment support. You will work with full-time or part-time hours, with 2 to 3 days in the office.

Key responsibilities:

- Create and publish job ads
- Coordinate interviews and complete probity checks
- Create contracts and offer letters
- Reporting and updating spreadsheets
- General administration as required

**About You**

You are either degree qualified in HR or are currently completing your degree. You offer strong administrative skills with an eye for detail and passion for HR. You enjoy working with people and are hands-on and happy to help your team with any task.
