As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a**HR Administrator**to join our national HR team and be based out of our Hume Road offices in Laverton North, Melbourne.
The primary focus of your role will be to support the Australian HR team with administration tasks and participate in HR projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for initial HR queries.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Supporting activity relating to onboarding of new employees including employment contracts
- Working with the Payroll team to ensure all employment changes are processed and documented in a timely manner
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets (probationary reviews, parental leave, work rights, training, annual goal setting etc.)
- Maintaining HR data and information on employee files and HRIS, including filing of all appropriate correspondence
- Collating data from HR BP's and completing the end of month reports
- Providing support to Leaders on initial HR queries and on forwarding to HR BP's where required
- With support from the HR BP's, provide advice on EA and Award interpretations

**To be successful, you will ideally**:

- Have really strong administrative skills including good Microsoft Office skills
- Have a 'can -do attitude' and high attention to detail
- Pride yourself in providing exceptional internal customer service
- Be flexible, adaptable, and agile, pivoting well between priorities
- Hold a qualification in HR or related discipline
- A basic understanding of Australian workplace legislations (FWA, NES, Awards, EA's etc.)
- Be great at building rapport with others
