On behalf of our client - BlastOne, we are seeking an experienced payroll specialist to join a high-performing HR team as part of a rapidly growing company in the manufacturing / industrial industry. This is a part-time or casual position (depending on your flexibility) where you will work 10 hours across Fridays and Mondays.

**About the role**
This role provides the opportunity to take responsibility for a fortnightly payroll within an established medium size organisation. Working within a growing and dynamic business the role will also support the HR Manager with HR administrative tasks as required.

The role requires an individual with a high attention to detail be a self-starter and to hit the ground running with an ADP payroll system. You will be an integral part of the HR team in an organisation that values it people and must demonstrate effective communication skills.

Duties within the role will include:

- Payroll administration across ADP Payline.
- Experience in the processing of payroll and associated records including superannuation and relevant taxation legislation.
- Ensuring the integrity of the payroll postings and compliance of the payroll process.
- Preparing documents of employee files.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports.
- General customer and client support.
- Liaising with external stakeholders and vendors.

**About you**
- 2-3 years' experience in either payroll or HR.
- Knowledge and experience working within payroll reporting.
- Experience of working with a HRIS.
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively when required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Results driven, positive work ethic, collaborative, and people-oriented mindset.
