**Why you will be excited about this role:** As a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR administration services that support our team members throughout their employment journey.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and a drive to enhance team member experiences at every step.

Key areas of accountability include:

  • Managing the People inbox, ensuring all team member queries are directed and addressed promptly
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding activities to create a positive and professional experience
  • Managing employment changes and coordinating with external providers on employment contracts
  • SUPPORTING THE PROBATION REVIEW PROCESS ALONGSIDE LEADERS TO ENSURE TIMELY FOLLOW-UP
  • Maintaining accurate team member records and preparing HR metrics to support reporting
  • Assisting with data reporting on HR metrics, employee assistance, and engagement survey results
