We are seeking an experienced Reception Team Member to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, answering calls, and performing various administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. If you are a team player with a professional presentation, we would love to hear from you.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors into the office space
- Answer and transfer calls to relevant staff
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties
- Order and monitor office supplies
- Maintain the office and reception space
