**About the Role and Who we are Looking for**
An opportunity exists to join a highly successful large commercial agency in the Melbourne CBD
This role requires someone who loves being that welcoming, front of house person, who is always putting their hand up for more This is a Monday to Friday role (8.30am - 5.30pm) and you will be assisting a team of commercial sales and leasing agents.
**Tasks include**:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate area.
- Welcome all guests to the office.
- Maintain general reception area, common areas, kitchen and board rooms.
- Assisting tradies with keys
- Listing properties on the internet, creating signboards, administration duties
**What we would love to see from you**:
- Previous strong reception experience is essential
- Excellent presentation and time management skills
- The ability to work unsupervised & within a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Extremely high ethical standards
- Excellent computer, organisation & administration skills
- Someone who is proactive, always asks 'what can I assist you with'
