At BGIS, we are seeking an experienced Facilities and Assets Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of our Services Agreement within a designated portfolio.

This role is crucial to ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting contractual KPIs, achieving financial targets, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You'll be at the forefront of stakeholder and subcontractor management, while maintaining compliance with our Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Environmental (EMS) policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Facilities Management or a related field, with a proven track record in coordination roles involving facilities management, project management, and/or financial management within an integrated services model.

You will oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple sites, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, the BGIS Operations Centre, and vendors. Your duties will include tracking and approving work orders, monitoring CMMS, and managing shared email inboxes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Management: Ensure all Services Agreement KPIs are met, with a focus on quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • KPI Achievement: Track and approve work orders, monitor CMMS, and manage shared email inboxes to ensure seamless communication and task management.
  • Financial Oversight: Review, verify, and approve all payment claims and documentation, resolving non-conformance issues as necessary.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate minor works and Capex projects, from scoping to pricing, alongside the Account and PDS teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients and external vendors, providing key reports and documentation for minor projects.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with BGIS's Quality, OH&S, and Environmental systems, facilitating reactive maintenance and minor works while promoting safe practices through regular compliance checks.
