We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and presentation of our North Shore assets, ensuring compliance with budget and regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the supply chain to meet service delivery standards while optimizing costs
  • Assisting with operational and capital expenditure budgets to ensure effective asset management
  • Coordinating capital works, including tenancy delivery and small projects, to maintain asset integrity
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
  • E nsuring the asset remains fully compliant with regulatory requirements, including annual fire certification, vertical transport, cooling towers, roof safety, WH&S, and plant registration
  • Driving improvement programs to optimize waste and energy usage, and water conservation
  • Ensuring full compliance with Operational Risk procedures and contractor management protocols

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Diploma of Facilities/Project Management or trade qualification (desired)
  • 3 years' experience in Facilities Management or Co-ordination
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to manage effective relationships with tenants
  • Experience in managing budgets, purchase orders, and contracts administration
  • Understanding of maintenance planning principles and methodology
  • Solid knowledge of WH&S legislative compliance and practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, Stockland offers a diverse and inclusive work environment, opportunities for career development, and flexible work arrangements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team and contribute to achieving our vision of delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
