Property Network of Australia is seeking an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Manager to join its mission-driven not-for-profit organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing FM & Maintenance activities across a portfolio of assets in NSW, QLD, and SA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment with effective planning and compliance.
  • Lead annual maintenance planning with site managers, ensuring legislative and policy adherence.
  • Develop asset service plans, building condition reports, and lifecycle replacement strategies.
  • Manage project-based works, including upgrades, refurbishments, and minor construction.
  • Approve work orders, manage invoicing, and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
  • Conduct regular audits to proactively address safety and compliance issues.
  • Support fleet logistics and represent the organisation during regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records for compliance, safety, and financial commitments.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications or extensive experience in facilities, building, or construction management.
  • Previous/existing experience of working for a not-for-profit organisation
  • A full driver's license (travel to sites between Wollongong & Orange)
  • Proven experience managing maintenance for a large property portfolio.
  • Expertise in project management, including capex projects and refurbishments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach.
