Facilities Administrator Role
You will be supporting the Asset Manager & FM team to deliver efficient, effective and safe maintenance and project services across building and infrastructure assets. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the processing of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS),
- Processing and managing Purchase Orders, Work Orders & Invoices,
- Onboarding and compliance of sub contractors & vendors,
- Providing general administrative assistance to the Asset Manager.
Your Background
We are looking for a professional person with strong work ethic and teamwork skills. You will have demonstrated experience in:
- Facilities or Maintenance teams and environments,
- Strong IT skills including CMMS platform utilisation,
- Contract, procurement and contractor management exposure.
