The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the management of our portfolio in Western Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the facilities management of the assets while containing expenditure within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the operation and presentation of the assets.
  • Coordinating capital works, including tenancy delivery and small projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant operational risk procedures.
  • Coordinating improvement programs to optimize waste and energy usage.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma of Facilities/Project Management or trade qualified.
  • 3 years' experience in facilities management or coordination.
  • Proven experience in customer service and managing effective relationships with commercial tenants.
  • Experience in managing budgets, purchase orders, and contracts administration.
