At City Facilities Management, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team in North West/North Sydney.

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Job Description

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for effectively managing and leading your team to deliver high-quality cleaning services to multiple Bunnings Warehouse sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training and onboarding new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S procedures;
  • Liaising and communicating with Bunnings Store Managers and key stakeholders;
  • Escalating issues and concerns to the Cleaning State Manager to maintain safety and avoid downtime;
  • Monitoring uniform, chemical, and equipment inventory;
  • Knowledge of cleaning contract management and rostering.

You will also have the opportunity to work alongside our highly skilled and renowned cleaning and facilities management teams, with access to fully maintained work vehicles and all necessary tools of trade.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' supervising experience in a similar industry;
  • A proven high level of customer service and management skills;
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, strong analytical, and project management skills;
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters;
  • A full driver's licence.
