About the Role

This key position will effectively manage and lead your team to deliver high-quality cleaning services for multiple Bunnings Warehouse sites. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness through audits, achieving contractual service level agreements, meeting budgets, and adhering to all occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance requirements.

The role requires regular site visits to North West/North Sydney and surrounding metro areas, with a focus on maintaining excellent customer relationships with Bunnings Store Managers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train new team members in day-to-day operations, including OHS protocols.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with Bunnings Store Managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Elevate any issues or concerns to the Cleaning State Manager to maintain a safe working environment and prevent downtime.
  • Monitor inventory levels of uniforms, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Utilize knowledge of cleaning contract management and rostering to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience.
  • Proven high-level customer service and management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
  • A current full driver's license.
