Facilities Management Operations Manager

- Prioritize your day and make informed decisions with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The role involves effectively managing and leading a team to deliver exceptional cleaning services to multiple Bunnings Warehouse sites in North West/North Sydney and surrounding metro regions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Training and onboarding new team members in operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Liaising with Bunnings Store Managers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Escalating issues and concerns to the Cleaning State Manager to maintain safety and minimize downtime.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate ordering of uniforms, chemicals, and equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning contract management and rostering principles.
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Proven high-level customer service and management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
- A valid driver's license.
