Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Facilities Management or related field (desired).
  • 3 years' experience in facilities management or coordination.
  • Proven track record in customer service and relationship management.
  • Experience in budgeting, purchasing, and contract administration.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance planning principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with WHS legislation and practices.
