Facilities Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Asset Manager to join our team in the North Shore area. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the facilities management of multiple assets while containing expenditure within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assuming responsibility for the operation and presentation of the assets
  • Managing the supply chain to ensure agreed standards of service delivery are met and costs are kept under control
  • Assisting with operational and capital expenditure budgets
  • Coordinating capital works including tenancy delivery and small projects
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key asset stakeholders
  • E nsuring compliance with relevant Operational Risk procedures

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Diploma of Facilities/Project Management or trade qualification (desired)
  • 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or Co-ordination
  • Proven experience in customer service and managing effective relationships with tenants
  • Experience in managing budgets, purchase orders, and contracts administration
  • Solid understanding of maintenance planning principles and Methodology
  • Strong knowledge of WH&S and legislative compliance practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
