Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Success Consultant to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving their success through proactive relationship management, strategic planning, and timely issue resolution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and meeting their evolving needs.
  • Client Onboarding & Training: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs, guaranteeing a smooth transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Proactive Client Support: Anticipate and address client concerns, optimizing service delivery and escalating issues promptly when necessary.
  • Client Success Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored success plans aligned with their goals, driving long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting & Communication: Manage client reporting, including SLA uptimes and contract requirements, maintaining transparency and open communication.
  • Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance client value, driving renewals and upselling initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Client Success Manager position or similar role within SaaS, with a proven track record of managing enterprise clients.
  • Strong account management and project management skills, with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits.

Location: Sydney, with flexible working arrangements.
