About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions using our HR enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on the capabilities and limitations of our product, including roadmaps, documentations, and alternative solutions.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that meet client needs.
  • Proposal Development: Work with the Sales and Client Success teams to create compelling proposals in response to RFPs, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
  • Tech Support and Escalation: Provide direct support and technical assistance to escalated local client issues, coordinating with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in solutions architecture, complex system integration challenges, and global platform implementations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud architectures, as well as excellent communication skills and native/proficient English.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated passion for inspiring change, creating practical architectures aligned to IT principles, and working cohesively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
