Drive Customer Success in a Rapidly Expanding Enterprise
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with key customers and drive measurable ROI throughout the entire customer lifecycle at SafetyCulture, one of Australia's leading companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing tailored plans to drive deep product activation and engagement with strategic customers.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of opportunity and ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
- Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams to inform product roadmap decisions.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategies and drive product adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum (dependent on experience).
