DWS Group, a leading professional Technology Consultancy, seeks an experienced Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our Sydney office on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a broad range of enterprise scale project experience to work with major businesses in different domains such as Banking, Financial Services, Government, and Professional Services.
  • The successful candidate will have strong experience in Agile environments and a proven track record of working on a broad range of technical projects.
  • A formal BA qualification is essential, along with commercial experience in applying formal methodologies such as BABOK, Scrum, and BPMN.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence.
  • A proactive approach with clients and a drive to exceed expectations are also key requirements.
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude is necessary to succeed in this role.

Salary and Location:

The salary for this role is up to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location is Macquarie Park, with a flexible work arrangement of 2 days per week working from home and 3 days per week on-site.
