Key Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with Strategic and Enterprise customers to understand their business objectives and deliver ROI throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This involves partnering with internal teams to advocate for customers' requirements and providing education on new products, features, and best practices. Your dedication to customer-centricity will ensure seamless and positive experiences for our customers.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience working in customer-facing roles with Enterprise customers
  • A background in leveraging data to inform strategies that encourage product adoption
  • Persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate up and down an organisation
  • Passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to actively listen, understand customer pain points, and take action

How You Will Spend Your Time:

You'll manage a portfolio of customers, proactively driving deep product activation and engagement. Collaborating with the Sales Team to identify areas of opportunity and ensuring non-event renewals are also essential aspects of this role. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with customers to understand their current and future business goals and challenges, translating these into strategies utilizing SafetyCulture.
