We are currently working with a brilliant organisation that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Specialist - Level 1 to join their great team.

This role involves providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site as part of a small team of IT specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering information and raising tickets for clients who contact the team.
  • Providing IT support, including responding to queries and incidents raised by customers.
  • Creating and managing Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes.
  • Responding promptly to service issues and requests from the team and external stakeholders.
  • Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems.
  • Maintaining clear and concise communications and records to support service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of Ticketing Systems.
  • Expertise in Windows 10 Operating Systems.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detailed knowledge of Active Directory.
  • A friendly and professional manner when communicating with clients over the phone.
  • A well-presented and hardworking attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About the Role
