Technical Support Specialist

We are currently working with a brilliant organisation that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Specialist - Level 1 to join their great team.
This role involves providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site as part of a small team of IT specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Gathering information and raising tickets for clients who contact the team.
- Providing IT support, including responding to queries and incidents raised by customers.
- Creating and managing Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes.
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests from the team and external stakeholders.
- Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems.
- Maintaining clear and concise communications and records to support service delivery.
- Detailed knowledge of Ticketing Systems.
- Expertise in Windows 10 Operating Systems.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detailed knowledge of Active Directory.
- A friendly and professional manner when communicating with clients over the phone.
- A well-presented and hardworking attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
