We offer a solutions-led approach and consultative style that has been instrumental in our success. We are now seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team.

This role involves working closely with our senior management to develop opportunities across our existing customer base and uncover new business prospects. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


Key Responsibilities>

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with our existing customers and identifying opportunities for growth within their accounts.
  • Positioning market-leading solutions to our customers through effective communication of technical concepts and aligning them with their business needs.
  • Driving sales revenue by achieving/exceeding targets, budgeted sales, and profit objectives.
  • Providing timely submission of reports and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
  • Contributing to the development of the sales cycle, from attaining new customers to growing existing ones.
  • Collaborating with our technical experts to deliver industry-leading technical solutions that meet our customers' business requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications>

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a network/systems integrator, managed services provider, or vendor capacity.
  • A track record of selling solutions across data security and networking technologies.
  • Experience in selling professional services and managed services.
  • Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets, budgeted sales, and profit objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • A dynamic personality with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Sparx Solutions offers a competitive salary package of $140,000 OTE ($70,000 - $90,000 base + commission + superannuation + bonus), annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, and incentives.
