About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Culture Amp. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale enterprises, driving significant revenue and shaping the experience of tens of thousands of employees globally.



As a consultative trusted advisor, you will build deep, strategic relationships with our enterprise prospects, understanding their complex pain points and challenges across multiple departments and regions. You will expertly run tailored product demos for C-level executives, VPs, and senior People Leaders, establishing executive-level credibility and focusing on enterprise-level ROI and value management.



You will stay up-to-date with industry/HR and Talent Management trends, competitive landscape, and Product updates, weaving these insights into conversations to focus on how emerging trends and future-proofing strategies will impact large organizations. You will represent Culture Amp as a consultative expert during virtual and on-site interactions with enterprise prospects, helping them understand the strategic long-term ROI of our platform and services.



This role requires exceptional executive presence, polished presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with VP and C-suite executives. You will have a proven track record in orchestrating the closure of business deals with a clear understanding of customer needs, as well as experience in cross-selling, upselling, and growing customer accounts.



Your Responsibilities Will Include:




  • Gaining a deep understanding of prospective customers' complex pain points and challenges across multiple departments and regions.
  • Expertly running tailored product demos for C-level executives, VPs, and senior People Leaders from large-scale enterprises.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry/HR and Talent Management trends, competitive landscape, and Product updates.
  • Representing Culture Amp as a consultative expert during virtual and on-site interactions with enterprise prospects.
  • Managing complex negotiations with legal, security, procurement, and compliance teams.
  • Generating new business opportunities through a combination of outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-up on marketing campaigns.
  • Managing a complex, robust sales process, winning at every stage from prospecting to close.
  • Maintaining accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data using Salesforce.
  • Playing an active role in creating a high-performance sales culture.


About You



We are looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience in customer sales, with a focus on expansion-driven revenue targets. You will have a proven track record in identifying and self-sourcing expansion opportunities, employing innovative strategies. You will be familiar with sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, and have a solid understanding of deal stage progression.
