Enterprise Partnerships Manager, Business Development

This is a unique opportunity to join DoorDash as an Enterprise Partnerships Manager, New Verticals. The role involves owning the relationship and driving strategy, execution, and growth of our largest clients in the grocery vertical.
As a key member of the DoorDash Enterprise team, you will be responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest businesses in Australia. Your primary focus will be on managing the strategy to drive growth and working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, operations, and product to propel our business forward.
About the Role- You will build direct relationships with key stakeholders across our top merchants, ensuring we deliver a best-in-class partnership and deeply understand their business needs.
- You will oversee partner-specific opportunities to deliver operational excellence, such as point-of-sale integrations, customized reporting, and menu optimization.
- You will use data and insights to understand how customers are engaging with your merchants and how best to grow their business and enhance customer experience.
- You have 5+ years of experience in account management, management consulting, project management, client success, and/or sales management.
- You are an owner who has proven success driving cross-functional projects forward.
- You have analytical ability to review performance data and extract learnings and trends.
- You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
