Technical Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Australia, responsible for driving sales growth across the country. This role will focus on supporting the sales of our innovative B2B software solutions to telecommunication service providers.
Responsibilities:- Sales Growth: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with telecommunication service providers across Australia
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers, CTOs, and senior IT leaders in target accounts
- Solution Design: Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing how our solutions address specific client challenges
- Complex Solutions: Design and propose complex technical solutions that align with clients' enterprise architecture and long-term technology strategies
This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively communicate complex solutions to technical decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in solution architecture and/or enterprise architecture within the telecommunications industry, combined with proven sales experience.
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in a technical pre-sales or solution architecture role
- Proven track record of designing and selling complex technical solutions to telecommunication service providers in Australia
- Deep understanding of telecommunications networks, protocols, and emerging technologies (e.g., 5G, NFV/SDN, IoT)
