About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team. As a sales quota-carrying professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results across assigned geographic markets, industries, and accounts within the market unit.

You'll utilize a consultative approach to value-based selling, leveraging IFS's award-winning products and access to a broader portfolio to bring value to our customers. Your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise will enable you to identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities with our existing customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for nominated industries, preparing and updating territory plans, account plans, and deal action cards.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including demand generation, understanding customer needs, agreeing mutual evaluation processes, and owning the RFI/RFP process.
  • Work closely with partners to penetrate into target accounts, creating joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles and maximize value while providing strong delivery plans.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM data hygiene, and administration, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales leadership and global teams.
Requirements
  • In-industry, enterprise software sales quota-carrying sales cycle delivery across assigned geographic markets, industries, and accounts.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with innate curiosity and resilience.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages relevant to the market geography.
About the Opportunity

Our estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
