At Anaplan, we are a world leader in Connected Planning/EPM space. We are seeking a skilled Strategic Enterprise Growth Leader to join our team based in Melbourne. This is a remote role that requires an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of new business sales and Account Management of Global 2000 enterprises.

About the Role

In this role, you will be a key contributor to Anaplan's revenue growth while driving change as a market disruptor. You will work closely with our Sales Development Reps, Pre-sales Consultants, and Customer Success Team to build customer value and drive new business onto the Anaplan platform. You will focus on building relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with top-tier enterprise prospects by identifying broken business processes and positioning Anaplan's unique ability to solve the problem.
  • Develop and defend Anaplan's business value throughout the selling engagement. Navigate complex prospect environments to align the prospect around the Anaplan solution.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
  • Utilize Anaplan's value-based selling methodology and Salesforce.com to manage sales processes and accurately forecast business.
  • Develop strong and collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and the internal Anaplan team to drive successful outcomes in your territory.
About You

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in software sales, particularly in the Enterprise space. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • A minimum of 10 years of successful software sales experience, with recent experience handling large Enterprise-level accounts of over $1 billion USD in annual revenue.
  • Experience selling complex opportunities with a track record of closing deals in the range of $400-$500K USD.
  • Experience selling SaaS within Enterprise organizations.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • The ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments.
