Job OverviewAs an Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition, you'll focus on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory to achieve new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline (100% net new logo)
- Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business targets
- Strategically prospect into Engineers, Developers, IT Leaders, technical end users, CTOs
- Partner with Solution Architects, CSMs, and the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
- Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and sophisticated sales training programs
- 5+ years field experience in quota-carrying roles with a focus on new business
- Demonstrated ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Skilled in building business champions and running complex sales processes
- Driven and competitive, with a strong desire for success
- Excellent time management and resource allocation skills
- Aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility
- Average salary range: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience
