Enterprise Sales Professional

We're looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Melbourne. This role focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy within assigned territories, driving revenue growth and expanding new accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced market, with a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets. They should be able to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
About the Role
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
- Build effective relationships resulting in growth opportunities
- Partner with Solution Architects and collaborate with the Professional Services and Customer Success team
- Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes
- Participate in comprehensive sales trainings and leadership development programs

- Skilled in building business champions and fluent in English

- Familiarity with databases and open-source technology a plus
