About the Team
Sales is at the forefront of driving results at MYOB. As a member of our Acquisition team, you'll be part of a dynamic group that delivers exceptional outcomes for our clients. Your purpose will be to solve complex business problems and alleviate pain points for SME and Enterprise businesses.
The Role
In this pivotal role, you'll help new MYOB customers achieve their goals by qualifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities in your territory. You'll possess the autonomy to execute sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth. By mastering our sales methodologies and pipeline management processes, you'll meet or exceed sales quotas, optimize conversion rates, and reduce sales cycle time.
You'll be focused on:
- Achieving software sales quota and selling MYOB Acumatica Business and associated Enterprise solutions to reach annual recurring revenue targets
- Building and managing a self-sourced addressable market and carrying specific pipeline generation quotas and closing business from self-generated leads
- Holding an Expansion revenue target and overachieving sales targets selling into a customer back book
- Proactively planning, forecasting, and managing pipeline, ensuring gap and upside plans are in place
- Managing a value-based sales cycle from qualification of need through objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales
- Maintaining strong product knowledge to become a specialist on relevant buyers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in an Enterprise level SaaS senior sales role owning a sales territory
- A focus in ERP, Payroll, WFM, Practice Management, and/or Financial Services solution selling
- The ability to influence, navigate, and sell into complex C-Suite decision-making groups
- Tight control of forecasting on a set cadence with exceptional forecast accuracy
- A consistent track record of targeting and acquiring new customers
- Experience in selling sophisticated and/or technology solutions
