We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to deliver outstanding administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including diary management, email management, and document preparation;
  • Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls as required, and update customer and client information;
  • Book appointments, follow up with confirmation, and manage office documentation;
  • Respond to queries from staff, transfer calls, and provide messages to the appropriate staff member;
  • Assist management with administration duties and tasks as required;
  • Prepare documents for internal and external use and perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • A law degree or studying law is essential;
  • Intermediate-advanced computer literacy, including MS Office suite and internet;
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and customer service experience;
  • Proven experience in an administration support role, with a focus on discretion, flexibility, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including prioritising workloads, meeting deadlines, and managing varied workloads in a busy professional environment.
