Administrative Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join KordaMentha, a leading company in Australia, as a proactive and detail-oriented Team Administrator. The role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of our team and the firm as a whole.
As a Team Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting the team in achieving its goals while ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating team activities, managing administrative tasks, and providing comprehensive support to team members and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive & Team Support: Build strong relationships with internal teams across various service lines, assist professional staff with document requests, and manage key administrative functions such as travel bookings and expense reporting.
- Office & Event Coordination: Organize team meetings and events, liaise with interstate Executive Assistants for coordination, and manage internal office procedures.
- Document Management & Communication: Handle word processing tasks, ensure seamless communication with suppliers, and act as a conduit between the Executive Assistants and the wider team.
- Reception & Client Support: Provide backup support for Reception duties, assist with front-of-house management, and contribute to the smooth running of the office.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and make a tangible difference in an innovative and collaborative environment. We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, PC proficiency, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and flexibility in relation to working hours.
